What should examine your strength of Judo and the formation of packaging as

It is very important that the training sessions that you fill in the gym are beneficial to improve your overall Judo game. If you complete the training sessions that are not written to Judo, you find that your success on the mat will be somewhat limited!

In simple terms, if you want to get success on the carpet, that you train you as a Judoka.

Not a body builder and not a power switch; But a JUDO player.

All my years as an international competitor I watched needs a fitness and conditioning Judoka and have programmed my drives depending on what elements are needed.

These vital elements include:

Anaerobic threshold:

Your anaerobic threshold is simply the body of your ability to perform at a high intensity before the appearance of lactic acid.

Aerobic capacity:

The ability to recover between "matte" and provide muscle to work with oxygen leads to removal of lactic acid.

Body high speed:

Is essential in the handful of fighting (kata kumi) and your opponent off balancing (kuzushi) traction.

Low speed of body:

And the breakdown of the balance of your opponents, your entry speed is crucial to the success of the launch. Speed of lower body is a must in all training sessions.

Agility:

Agility is necessary to avoid attacks and if necessary, to escape attacks to avoid raising for Ippon.

Coordination:

Coordination is a huge part of Judo. You must be able to know where your body is positioned to attack, defend, and quickly adjust techniques.

The upper part of the body force and power:

Need to break your grip of opponents once they seized your IM while being able to explode pins (Osaekomi-waza).

Lower body strength and the power:

Lower body and the power is crucial in almost all shots of Judo. Technical as Seoi swimming and O Goshi require you to explode upwards and forwards a squat or half position crouched to complete the technique.

Force rotation:

Almost all shots of Judo require that you rotate to complete the technique. It is essential that all Judokas have the force of rotation to complete the pleas and cross resistance, that you may encounter for the defence of your opponents.

Force Base:

Core force is essential for a number of reasons. It protect your spine injury, transfer force from the bottom of the upper body to body, as well as help your balance.

Force feedback:

Force back is crucial to stand and fight with great posture. A strong return will be stopping your opponent pulling your head down as well as help you get your opponent off-balance sheet.

Power of hip:

Power hip is vital to defend the shots. In addition to the defence, your hips will help you generate much energy during launch and escape from pins.

Concentration:

The concentration is required by each Judoka in each training session the randori and competition. As a training session or of the continuous struggle and you become tired, you not just physically stop working, but you start mentally to make bad decisions. You are the fitter and oxygen you have in your body, you can better focus. The result is that do you better, faster decisions in competition.

Mobility:

Mobility and joint stability is of great importance for all Judokas. Be mobile and flexible greatly help you in many areas of your Judo. It will help you escape techniques, and the increase in the range of your radical leg which is excellent for throws Uchimata, Tai Otoshi and Osoto Gari. Being mobile help also in the prevention of injuries.

In collaboration with stability: keeping these flexible joints you stable joints that will help when throwing your opponent. For example while performing a polychaetes Goshi or Uchimata, having stable ankles and knees will greatly improve your chances of maintaining the balance and to launch your opponent for a score. Joint stability is also important to reduce the risk of injury in training or competition.

Balance: Balance is a fundamental aspect of Judo. Judo was designed to be a set of imbalance created your opponent using a variety of techniques. It is therefore essential that the balance is always a serious part of all training of Judokas.

If your drives target some, but not all of the above I think you should re-program your sessions of training accordingly or talk to your coach and ask them to look over your current gym program.
